DJV Creations is Darius Velasquez, a web designer based in Tampa Bay, Florida. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. Questions: [email protected] or 661-221-2664.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking scripts.
- The visibility check scores your answers in your browser. If you give it a website address, that address (and the phone number, if you add one) goes to this site's own checker so it can look at your site. Nothing is saved to a database or sent to me.
- I only receive information you choose to send me: through the forms, by email or by phone.
- I don't sell or rent anyone's information.
The visibility check
The "How findable are you?" check is an automated questionnaire, not a person and not an AI. It asks about your business (name, type, reviews, listings, profile links) and calculates the score on your device.
If you enter a website address, it is sent to a small checker that runs on this site's Cloudflare hosting. The checker visits that public website, the way a search engine would, and reads its sitemap.xml, robots.txt and llms.txt. It returns only yes/no results, such as whether the site uses HTTPS or has structured data. If you add your phone number, the checker uses it only to see whether that number appears on your site. Results for a website address without a phone number may be kept in Cloudflare's temporary cache for up to an hour so repeat checks are fast. Phone numbers are never cached, and nothing is written to a database or sent to me.
If you click "Email this to Darius", your own email app opens with the report filled in, and nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself.
When you contact me
The contact form and the "Get my full audit" form send what you type straight to my inbox as an email, through Brevo's email service. The website itself doesn't store it. If you email, call, text or use a form, I receive what you send: usually your name, business name, phone number, email address and what you need. I use it only to reply, prepare a mock-up or quote if you ask for one, and do the work if you hire me. Email to [email protected] is forwarded to a Gmail inbox, and replies are sent through Brevo, an email delivery service. I keep messages as long as they are useful for that work or for my business records. Ask me and I'll delete what I hold about you, unless I have to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
Services this site relies on
- Cloudflare hosts the site and handles email routing. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface. Your browser requests it from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google (Gmail) and Brevo carry email you exchange with me, including form messages, as described above.
Links to other sites (for example the research sources and photo credits) are covered by those sites' own policies.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
